Laine Theatre Arts is acknowledged as one of the best international dance and drama training colleges for performing arts. Since its foundation in 1974, Laine has added lustre to life in Epsom.
Our development now provides Laine Theatre Arts with the opportunity to cement its association with the town by providing a new state of the art campus for its students that will further enrich the vitality of Epsom.
Design Vision
In addition to providing its full-time students with the training they need to become professional per formers, Laine also offers classes in singing and dancing for local children to enjoy.
In Phase 2 of the development, Zenith Land, Epsom and Ewell council and Laine Theatre Arts are working together to secure the future of Laine's in Epsom Town centre. We are working to deliver a world class performing arts educational facility which will future proof the Laine Theatre Arts as a leader in the performing arts world, and secure its continued contribution to the cultural landscape in Epsom.
The parties are working to put together a funding package which delivers this aspiration, which we hope will be agreed by the end of the summer of 2024.
